How to get here

The Department of Neuroscience, Mental Health and Sense Organs (NESMOS) is located within the Faculty of Medicine and Psychology at the Sant’ Andrea Hospital in Rome in via di Grottarossa No. 1035-1039.

Getting here

BY CARBY PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Direct Access from the Grande Raccordo Anulare – Ring Road (GRA):
Leave the GRA just at the exit showing direction sign to Ospedale Sant’Andrea ( access only allowed to pay parking lot,  Emergency Department, persons with disabilities and employees parking areas.

Access from Via Flaminia:
From the city center or outside of Rome: drive down Via Flaminia until you reach  the sign 'Ospedale Sant'Andrea' and take Via di Grottarossa. After 3 km, the building is  located on the right.

From Saxa Rubra Train Station Square
take ATAC shuttle No. 029 it stops at the Hospital 's front entrance..
Saxa Rubra Train Station can be reached with:

  • the rail line called Roma-Civita Castellana-Viterbo-Roma (from Piazzale Flaminio as well)
  • ATAC Bus lines: 039, 200, 302 e 334 (check changes or service disruptions that might affect your journey through the website  http://www.atac.roma.it/)

From Prima Porta train Station
take ATAC shuttle No. 022 (direction via di Grottarossa) and get off in front of the hospital.
Prima Porta train station can be reached with:

  • the rail line called Roma-Civita Castellana-Viterbo-Roma (from Piazzale Flaminio as well)
  • Taking ATAC bus line No. 200 from Piazza Mancini (check changes or service disruptions that might affect your journey through the website http://www.atac.roma.it/)

From via di Grottarossa:
In front of the Asisium Institute, take ATAC shuttle No. 022 (direction Prima Porta) and get off in front of the hospital. The Asisium Institute, located in via di Grottarossa, can be reached from Piazza Mancini taking the bus line No. 301 (check changes or service disruptions that might affect your journey through the website http://www.atac.roma.it/).
